Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

AgentWicket is an early-stage company currently onboarding pilot customers. This policy covers this website and pilot enquiries. It will be updated before the platform is made generally available and whenever our data practices change.

1. Who we are

AgentWicket ("we", "us") builds workflow controls for AI agents. You can contact us about this policy at hello@agentwicket.com.

2. Information we collect

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use pilot workspace data to train AI models.

4. Optional AI summaries

If a workspace turns on AI summaries, the contents of an action request are sent to a model provided through Amazon Bedrock to generate a reviewer summary. Summaries are not used to make authorization decisions. Workspaces can leave this feature off.

5. Service providers

The platform is being built on Amazon Web Services, which processes data on our behalf as a hosting provider. We may use other providers for email and business operations. We require providers to protect data and use it only to provide services to us.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, or until you ask us to delete it. Pilot workspace data is retained for the duration of the pilot and as agreed in the pilot terms, and is deleted or returned at the end of the pilot on request.

7. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and monitoring designed to protect data. No system is completely secure, and we will notify affected customers of security incidents as required by law.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@agentwicket.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
