These terms govern use of this website. Use of the AgentWicket platform during a pilot is also governed by a separate pilot agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.

1. About these terms

By using agentwicket.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. Questions can be sent to hello@agentwicket.com.

2. Product stage

AgentWicket is an early-stage product available to selected pilot customers. Features, architecture and pricing described on the Site reflect current plans and may change. Descriptions of planned functionality are not a commitment to deliver it on a particular date.

3. Demonstrations

Product screens, agents, customers, policies and data shown on the Site are fictional and provided for illustration only.

4. Scope of protection

AgentWicket applies policy checks, approvals and records only to actions submitted through the AgentWicket platform and executed through integrations configured in it. It does not control actions taken through other credentials, tools or channels. Customers remain responsible for how they configure agents, policies, credentials and approvers, and for decisions made by their reviewers.

5. AI-generated summaries

Optional AI summaries are provided to assist reviewers and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not used to authorize actions and should not be relied on as the sole basis for an approval decision.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to send unlawful content.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design and the AgentWicket name and logo, belong to AgentWicket. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law.

8. Third-party names

References to Amazon Web Services and its services describe the infrastructure AgentWicket is being built on. They do not imply endorsement by or partnership with Amazon.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AgentWicket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page with its date.
